I'm trying to rebuild my strength after having pelvic surgery. Thanks to the folks at PA's customer service, I found a good class to help me transition back to my Pilates practice.
In the foot in straps segment, Brent has Kristi abduct and gestures to her to correct torsion of the femur which she does almost immediately. Could you explain how it was incorrect and then what she did to correct it?
I enjoyed this with Brent. I have issues with my spine. This was good for me to watch how he taught someone with back issues as I am a teacher trainee!
