I love this teacher! This was my first class with her - and actually my first full class back after a long while (though used to be advanced my workouts lately have been getting shorter and easier with a lot if new work related travel). I LOVED the clever one sided exercises! I struggle with asymmetry in my hips so this was great for me, and required total focus so it helped my mind to stay present on my workout. I love how I feel now - calmer, stronger, a bit tired, clearer and more balanced! Will definitely try her other classes next time. Thanks Coutney!
