I am so happy that Amy and Rachel are teaching on PA. As someone commented "That was Pilates." I love Joe's traditional sequence on Mat and Reformer. I believe in it!!

great energy fanatstic cueing of the bodies working out and for us pilates geeks following along in london it would be nice if we could see pilates traditional basic 5 and basic 10 from a don of the pilates method
