Fantastic! I inaugurated my brand-new Ped-o-Pul with your workout and loved it! I am sure I will feel my lower Arms and Shoulders for some days, - but in a good way! I really liked the seated work that I haven´t thought of before. This unspectacular piece is a great teacher for the body, I am glad I can use it now.
