I think this is Right On....That being said, I would really enjoy a playlist (if it can even exist) that would safely push my cardiovascular limits in a sequential way. It wouldn't have to be marketed as earmarked for weight loss. I'm interested in finding classes on here that build on each other based on what I have access to. I know that's what this awesome site does--makes playlists for you that match your preferences (VERY COOL), but then if can get even more focused (e.g. a cardio focus or targeted body focus)...Not sure if that perpetuate unhealthy habits that people may have? :) Anyway--great blog. Shannon ~ We have a few playlists which include classes to get your heart rate up. You can find the program here. We have just started the programs, but we will continue to add more classes and playlists.
