I found this to be an excellent and well measured class. I did like the part with the ball underneath the pelvis, but felt that more time could have been given as to the exact positioning of the ball.
Having completed the class I feel its more a Level 1 or Level 1/2 but not a Level 2
Margot ~ Thank you for your feedback. After reviewing this class, we have decided to keep it at a level 2 because the concepts are more advanced than a typical beginning workout.

I loved the way this class built and everything connected.
Very balanced, very deliberate, very Tom - yum! I would even call this a daily "movement hygiene" mat. Love the body awareness work and the way you approach the classic exercises. Feeling strengthened and refreshed
Small sidenote to PA: The Franklin Ball is missing in the class description.
Thanks Julia!
I like the term "movement hygiene", quite appropriate! Wishing you the very best!
Thank you so much this is just what I needed after one month of confinement
Fantastic class!
I was hesitant to do a 70 minute class but it was worth every minute
