This workout is amazing for releasing pain in my nervous system (back and hips) and challenging me on my balance and inner organ awareness. I love this workout.

don't know how i missed this one...I have done every Brent Anderson mat I could find. Really liked (and needed) the "organ" emphasis. Though I'm afraid I might poke a hole in a lung with my ribs!! LOL. not really. IMAGERY!!!
