I really enjoyed the theraband stretches. I found them to really be a helpful way to stretch the hamstrings along with engaging the feet in a new way that most people don't work in.

I agree with the comments made by my peers the flow of this class was great and the added stretches made for a good addition for a class I would hope to teach.

The prep work in this class is great! I like the setup and exercises that took more time but were very beneficial to the start of a class.
