Thank you Meridith! I had whiplash & that caused me to have a chronic reverse curvature. I got tonsillitis from the pinched nerves. I can hold my head up without pain. :D thanks to PilatesAnytime..... I'll have to get in to the Chiropactor & get another x-Ray. Before & after.

Thank you for taking class with me, ladies. I feel especially happy when I see one of these older ones. Taganas, your success story makes me proud....keep up the good work!
