I have been taking classes from may different instructors on here. I am a STOTT fan. On here I have to crank my neck to watch some of the teachers from other schools to see what we are doing. With you I can just relax, listen, and move. STOTT instructors are, in my humble opinion, the best explainers.

I cannot believe I had myself convinced that I didn't like stott Pilates. This is the second class of John's that I've done, and he is by far my favorite! On to try more stott instructor!!!
