Thanks Courtney Miller . I'm nor pregnant, but still found this class really great. Especially the front rowing single strap series. I felt muscles in my back i've not noticed before. Adding this to my favourites to try a couple of times more.
This is SO good for anyone looking to improve posture. I have been doing the front rowing series at the end of my other favorite workouts to help me combat my rounded shoulders that I have (after having 3 kids in 5 years)....it is helping SO much. Than you!
