Some great things in this workout, but not enough consideration paid to differing anatomies. Many of us choose Pilates because of past injuries or conformation problems. Examples: “It’s very important that your whole heel be against the shoulder rests.” I have size 9 feet. Even with toes bent at 90 degrees, my heel is well above the shoulder rest. Side planks. Where were the modifications for those with shoulder injuries? Abdominal work in the long box. Hints for those with long necks?

LOVED THIS CLASS... excellent cues, friendly personality, and just the way I like a class. Built up a good sweat and was challenged while also having moments built in to focus on mobility and breathe.
