Tracey this was just what I needed to get back into the groove. Sweaty Sweaty Sweaty! And my buns are burning. Thank you for a great video workout. It was hard and challenging (had to stop at one point just to let my hips catch a 1 minute break and then hop back into it and finish). P.S.—what size ball do you use?

Wow that was serious gouge work but exactly what I wanted…you make the downward dog side leg work look so easy!
