A great class Amy, and just perfect after the earlier yoga class that focused on hips/glutes stretch!

A lot of us get pulled off course from strengthening the glute max because the pain from the weakness is felt somewhere else:  lower back, knees.  Put this class in your repertoire if you haven't focused on this area specifically.  It needs almost daily reawakening.  Glad I came upon this class.  I used a mat thrown over the base of our treadmill for the thrusts.
