I continue coming back to this class when I don't have a long time to work out and need a good work out. The class is great balance of standing and floor work, and there is about one easy move (to me) in the entire 30 minutes.
When I want to really tone my legs, I take this class. When I want to really tone my shoulders I take Courtney Mlller's Mat Workout (handweight) Class. Both of these classes are wonderfully challenging in their own way. As you can see from previous comments. I love this class.
I have now taken several hundred classes at PA. And I love a bunch of the instructors,and am not faulting any of them. But, I have to tell you that is the best all round 30 minute class at PA. Thanks again Tash:)
