Teodora ~ We generally use 2 or 3 pound weights for our classes. I hope this helps!
Enjoyed this Amy thank you. I'm thinking much of this class can be done chair based with my seniors class:) Always looking for ideas for this group. Would you suggest 1lb weight for the older client? (generalising I know but for a group setting). Many thanks, Sarah

Thanks Amy.  I’ve been having RA trouble with a shoulder lately and this was helpful.   One question, for the roll down work, lower back should still be against the wall correct?
