That was uplifting, funny and beautiful. What a wonderful woman and inspirational pioneer of movement. I wish I could have been in one of those classes, her energy, knowledge and the fun she created with movement is infectious. I’m still smiling, Thanks for sharing Pilates Anytime and thanks to Cara Reeser for producing such a great documentary.
