Fabulous! As so many others said, great cueing, great flow and challenging. I also liked that Courtney encouraged people to work at their level and focus on quality of movements. My first time with Courtney; will definitely be checking out her other videos.

What a great class! Would really like to see more of this type of sculpting class. Reminds me of the Pilates club that I use to go to in Rancho Bernardo when I lived there. How I miss those classes
