Best workout ever!

I have done many videos on Pilates Anytime and you are by FAR my favorite! You teach exactly as I like to ....very athletic. Thank you for another killer workout! I will be adding some of these moves in to my classes starting today!

Wow!!Wow!! Wow!! loved this class. Definitely doing again. I really liked how knowing the spring tension. It helps to know what to work up to or if you are on the same, thats just me though.And cute toesox. Thank you Courtney!!

Love this, but major problems with streaming. It kept stopping all throughout the class. Help!

This class was amazingto watch. I can not wait to go through the workout myself. I love the idea of adding some weights to some of the movements.
Please come back and give us some more fab ideas for December.
