Thanks to Tom's ques, that was the best reverse plank I ever had. Usually, it is torture for my shoulders. This time, it just flowed. I was amazed. I didn't recognize my own body.
Absolutely loved this class. Got the giggles a little bit when rolling from my back to my front because it was a new move for me - all good stuff though, felt very elated afterwards. Will be doing this one again and again
