Loved the challenge. Thank You!
Great cues and great pace. I especially love the transition stretches. I did add spring weight to a few exercises just based on personal preference or because I needed the extra support like in backward facing Step Downs. Overall I love the balance of effort and then stretching and back to effort. Felt great. Recommended!
