this was a FANTASTIC class, it really had great muscle mind connection, although it may feel like small movements I felt it all over my body. Meredith Rogers you have done it agai. I always know I'm going to have a great class whenever your involved. Thanks. After 10 years of weight lifting I never thought I would like pilates but my goodness it has opened my eyes to a world I never knew before. I cant thank you enough.
