I liked this class! I am studing/practicing for my 300 test out and this class is in the order,transitions and tempo that I have been taught for an intermediate class. I do not live close to a "mother studio" so this was a great refresher. It would have been much more valuable, to me, if Adrienne had been teaching someone.
I feel really good after this workout but have to agree that it moved very quickly. Would be better if slowed down a bit - didn't feel like foot positions were always verbalized - wasn't sure if I was in parallel or pilates v. Thanks - I do feel like I got a good workout.
