I love the roll and found your variations which were fantastic both challenging and thoughtful
I then decided to check out what other classes you did and found this one which once again has variation both challenging and thoughtful ,but half way through had to stop I too tired from the roll class

YES YES YES, Magic Sharon !! Such a great and challenging class with various use of the circle. Can't wait to try some of the exercises with my clients :)
