Very helpful I do wish we got some different camera views because when I lay down and she is lying down I have to keep lifting my head up to see the video :) But I just took my time and paused then restarted after confirming what the instructor was saying.

I loved the cues and imagery to help differentiating between using legs and hips. I can't wait to try this over and over since like Candace, I don't have hip pain while I'm active but experience it while i sleep.
