OUCH AND WOOOOW OUCH and wow, last week I worked my triceps and I think it's going to be another few days of stretching movements. I need a stronger core Arabesque section I couldn't do. Seems opposite of how I normally do my mind was confused. Still trembling and burning. TRICEPS please don't get tight i'm begging.
Wow, fun sequence! Forgot that Tracey's level 2 is really level 2/3 :) just back to Pilates and definite a LOT I need to work on to complete this properly.
