I'm surprised you as the head of a major Pilates organization would call a breath pattern "wrong" let alone the Hundred, the most widely recognized exercise with a specific breath pattern. Do you mean if someone struggles with the traditional breath of 5 inhales to 5 exhales that Joseph Pilates outlines in his book Return to Life they should try to change it up a bit to get stronger? Maybe you mean Joseph was wrong in how he originally set it up? I'm so curious!
