Hi Susan. The STOTT reformers do have a nice rail on which to rest you foot, so I particularly liked this exercise and the sequence with the added arm work.
Thanks Susan I really enjoyed your class. As far as the springs go, I don't really think we always have to be told what spring. Its not too hard to figure out. So its not a big issue for me. Your variations were fun and 35 mins went by fast! Hope to see more of you!
Loved the thoughtful cueing, really helped me feel abs/arms/back etc without the exercises going to my neck (something I struggle with!). Thank you Susan!
