GREAT cueing! Both beginners and instructors can learn a lot from this! I especially liked the tactile cue for ab prep and the cues for spinal rotation

I missed three days, Meredith Rogers ! I was camping and had nowhere to put a mat. :( But we made it to Michigan now and visiting my inlaws. My Rockstar, 70 YO MIL Joan just got on the mat with me and did that forward bend like a macaroni! :)
