Love the lats release and the shoulder release had to pause the video and stay a bit longer since it was really sore! I prefer doing calf release either lying down or on hands and lifting bottom few inches off the floor as I didn't get enough stretch in elbows! Thank you

With all the contacting we do in Pilates and other sports, and holding in conscious and unconscious tenion, I truly believe we need to release! Absolutely loved this session. Wonderful release, great for trigger points, shoulders, neck, head, etc. I have fibromyalgia & migraines. Could feel energy moving throughout my body. This will be great for me to do. OFTEN. Profoundly relaxing.
