All of these exercises were given to us at Dragos and at conference events by Romana... the entire point of pilates is to MOVE!!!! :) at whatever level you can! Flying- well that is the TOP!

Assuming the young Lady working with KRN did not know what to expect, which I rather think she did not, she was EXCELLENT!
