I love your classes and your energy! Your cues are great! The external hip rotation foot pedal work was really great for me. I am about six months post op from a hip resurfacing and that particular ROM has been slow to return. I found that particular exercise very helpful toward that goal. Thank you!
This was brilliant. Well done Nancy! I remember the first time i was given pike to try, I spent about 5 minutes belly laughing as the pedal just would not move!! So many refreshers and great cuing. Thank you both
