Cathleen, I love your enthusiasm and fun energy. I totally cracked up during the climb a tree cue to "take the knee with you like your new BFF". Awesome, and a great cue BTW.

Today I learnt a few new moves to try out on my clients . Very intelligent sequencing that I discovered . Loved the knee to chest in tree 🌲
