Thank you, great tutorial Rebekah and Ruth! The hip release is wonderful, do you have a suggestion for a client that is unable to come down that low? I tried playing around using a low chair or barrel, not as effective but okay, is that a good alternative?
Great tutorial loved the ankle release and have already used it on my older clients! And the adductor stretch I knew but had stopped using it for myself but I have the same problem of over tightening in the pelvic floor.....from teaching too many classes. Thank you

very informative and full of great ideas! Especially the release for the calfs to increase the range of motion in the ankle-joint and the hip-release! How often have you done that, Rebecca, and when was ist then, that you felt a change for your hip- problems, that sound exactly like the ones I have..?
