Thank you I loved it, but being new to Pilates and years of no exercise I struggle to curve my back are there any of the videos that you would recommend to help me work on that curved back stretch?
I'm on a 10 day reboot before I teach a class of beginners. Already feeling deep muscles wake up!
From Perrh, Australia, this has been great to get me up and moving again... Although it is a little harder as we are going in to winter down here! Looking forward to the rest of the challenge :)
