Thank you for all the above and the nice progressions getting the body in position on preliminary moves and then incorporating them in the more difficult moves. The MoFo is a new addition to my Pilates tool box and it is especially nice knowing it came from Mari Winsor.
This is the best workout I have done in over a year!!!! Amazing, deep and challenging work and yet I didn't feel frustrated or unsafe at any point in the work. I loved the progressions and the precise cues. The standing work with side bends were so yummy. I have found a new favorite teacher!!! Thank you so much, Maria.
