Is it weird that I feel like I'm in the room with you during this? :) LOVE the girl time classes, and thank you pilates anytime because you've really helped me these past few weeks between the Meredith Rogers challenge and just reminding me how important "me" time is in my life, and how I deserve and earn the feeling I get post workout. When are you coming to Dublin again? I missed you last time!

Kerry it is not weird at all that you feel this way! It's exiting and exactly the connection we are striving for. Good job for showing up for your self and making time for self care. It is SO important. No plans to be in Dublin anytime soon but I sure would LOVE to come again.
