Thank you Meredith! I have lower back pain, could you please suggest a modification exercise for "rolling like a ball"? it hurts my lower back when I roll backwards. Thanks! :) 
Venu S I would just leave it out.  Maybe you could leave your feet on the floor and do half roll backs or if pelvic curl feels better you could substitute that instead.

Emily K depending on how many weeks postpartum you are??  As soon as you are able to safely do flexion this class should be fine but there are a few in this series that might be more questionable.  Please let me know how you go.

"Keeping your feet glued to the floor, while trying to raise them" ~ What a great way to work the abs. And you are right, it doesn't like you are doing any work.  I am not going to forget this gem of wisdom; it is very effective. Thanks Meredith:)  I can't believe I didn't take this challenge sooner.
