Amazing class I loved it Theraband  helped me doing the moves as I have scoliosis and some of them would be very difficult for me.
Meredith is an amazing instructor I like all her classes.

Grateful for you, Meredith, and PA! I was traveling and had skipped 2 & 5 until I returned and could use the props. Both were fantastic and the wonderful, expansive breath work in 2 added to the pleasure of control in 5. Your calm, centered, lovely being always motivates me. Thank you for all your classes😊 The best!!!

It feels awesome to do this workout again! It shows how your movements have improved and gives a completely different feeling. Meredith good job with the band:) Love the stretch :)
