Day 9 Complete! Body is sore in places, but in a good way. Loving doing this challenge again. Thanks for bringing this back to life on FB, Meredith. Really enjoying all the themes (balance, flow, harmony, etc.). You should do another 10-day challenge following same themes on the reformer. Thanks again.
Lori M I'm sore too!! I will get back to filming as soon as I can.
In the meantime,  we will just have to keep doing what we have access to...
I finished yesterday and am proud for seeing it through and am taking a break today.

I'm so happy to have discovered you guys. Loving this challenge!! Every day is better than the one before. I posted on Day 8 that it was my favorite workout, now I have to say Day 9 might be my fave! Keep up the good work!
Shawna one more to go...maybe that will be your MOST favorite?

Great! My ball was a little too soft and my Golden kept licking my face!  Still can't do a proper roll up or roll all the way over, but am definitely going to work on it! Thank you!

Loved it and loved the roll up, much easier with the resistance and weight of the ball. And side work kneeling, my hips were on 🔥
