I cannot thank pilates anytime enough, after years of suffering from back pain, due to a deep anterior tilt, I did that last stretch where my pelvis goes down towards the well and I felt no pain.
That would not have been possible without the amazing miracle that is pilates, nor would it have been possible without the great teachers who have helped me strengthen my back and core.
