Sabah VT, it's possible that the difficulty you are experiencing is not due to lack of strength. Instead, tightness in your low back muscles could be holding you back. Try bringing the arms down to your thighs before you roll up instead of keeping them at your ears...it will change the center of gravity. Alternatively, you could bend your knees slightly and use your arms to help you through the place that may feel a bit stuck. Let me know if that helps!
