Wonderful, challenging flow - phew! I will make this one of my "study classes" to go deeper into the Mat work. I'll be very proud of myself when I'm able to do this one really well one day Thanks Meredith, you're an inspiration!

A great way to start July 4th! Had not done this one in about a year and a half and was excited to come back to it today - I feel excellent now!

Great analogy with "a dance" - so true for the seamless movements and transitions in this class.
