I loved this workout!! Especially the cue to tilt your pelvis back and thigh bone forward. I really felt both front and back of my body. I really like doing bridge. I use to be able to do the single leg bridge, but my hamstrings cramp EVERY time. Never used to:( Thank you for this class. My spine thanks you as well!
I agree...the thighs back and pubic bone forward is a fabulous cue to bring in both the back and front line. Wonderful class! So appreciate your creativity, cueing, and spirit Kristi
Fantastic and challenging class, thanks Kristi! I also recently acquired a wunda chair (at home) and this was my first full attempt on it... I'm so happy that you were my first wunda workout!
