Loooved this one. My side body is always tight. This challenge has been so fun! I had to take a break for a bit but I’m back at it and will probably repeat it when I’m finished!

Thank you Sarah Bertucelli - loved the single leg/strap work while holding onto the other strap -What a great way to maintain the stability of the pelvis and really work the ROM for the single leg and hip- an a-ha moment for me!💜
