This class was well paced and was a nice, moderate workout. However I found some of the cues hard to follow. I also found it distracting when she asked the student, Cecilia, "Have you done this before?" It just stuck out to me and it seemed a little unfair as again, the cues were not super easy to follow.
Love this one! After doing it at regular speed twice, I kicked it up to double time. At that speed, all I'm doing is about 15 minutes of pilates a day in quarantine. Oh? Are those my abs? Is that definition in my hips? Is that reduced pain in my shoulder? :)
