Absolutely loved! Sports bra is soaked. So much fun. Coordination cue (arm bones down on mat) really changed this exercise for me. This is why we love Pilates. So cool to discover something new about an exercise we’ve executed and taught thousands of times. Also, what an incredible difference the Rowing2 cue to keep reaching makes. Loved that. Might be my new favorite thing this week. xo

Well that was quite the challenge! So many things I need to work on such as...balance control off! I so want to do it. And, climb a tree, not my favorite either ! Thank you! I wish you could be my personal teacher on a weekly basis!
