Does exactly what it promises, and does it so, so well! This was also my first Fitness Ball workout ever (after buying one for sitting but it turned out to be slightly too low) and I loved how quickly it wakes up the muscles. Wow! I feel so much better now after being stressed and sick for 10 days. Thanks as always, Amy you're my body's spirit animal or something like that ;)
Julia R -- this was your first Fit Ball class, wonderful!! Working on the big ball is really fun and pretty challenging too. Even if to jus sit on it and bounce, SO good for us and fun too!! Sama yes, the tricep stretches...glad you enjoyed this!!
Loved this - have been very injured over lockdown and was great to do a slower more thoughtful connection to my lazy core which has not seen much work - oh woe is me! Dodgy hip, back - may just go to the vet to be put down!! Ha! Ha!
