Oh man, what a GREAT workout! I returned to this again after a few months - - I was looking to get out of my head after studying and teaching all day, and had so much fun! As someone with a desk job who's also in Pilates teacher training I'm starting to think we need more Pilates like this!! Keep em coming, Ambrosio!
