Second time this week! This is actually a great class direst thing in the morning literally rolling out Of bed....Rollover and spine stretch forward for me is never as nice early hours but the rest of the class is fab for seven am workout and love your energy ! 

This is an EXCELLENT class. Fantastic cues, refreshing and challenging variations and the instructor Blossom L. has a wonderful and fun teaching style that makes you not realize how hard you are working. Bravo!
